ROLE SUMMARY

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is in search of an innovative and strategic Chief People Officer (CPO). Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CPO will be pivotal in shaping the vision and strategy for attracting, engaging, rewarding, developing, and retaining our talented team of over 1,400 individuals. This role encompasses comprehensive oversight of all talent-related functions at Alliance, including human resources, staffing, employee relations, engagement initiatives, performance management, compensation strategies, and additional strategic talent initiatives. The CPO will lead and coordinate our organizational people systems and strategies, while managing a dedicated team of over 25 staff members. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (Cabinet), the CPO will collaborate strategically with other home office teams and instructional leaders across the organization.
