Role Overview

As a pivotal Player-Coach reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be instrumental in scaling a high-performing Business Development team. You will lead a group of 3-6 BDRs, achieving personal quotas while exemplifying the outbound excellence necessary to penetrate the banking and credit union sectors. By enhancing our tech stack and refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), you will significantly influence our sales pipeline and the future of our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and coach a pod of 3-6 BDRs through daily stand-ups, call reviews, and data-driven feedback sessions.
  • Maintain your own “player-coach” quota for qualified meetings, consistently exceeding targets to model best practices.
  • Design, test, and optimize multi-touch outreach strategies utilizing Apollo.io, Sybill.ai, Zoominfo, Nooks, HubSpot, and Salesforce (email, phone, LinkedIn, video).
  • Develop automated list segmentation, triggers, and enrichment workflows to ensure a robust and clean sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of success and innovation.
