Role Summary:
We are expanding rapidly and are in search of enthusiastic Business Development Representatives to help cultivate a robust sales pipeline. You'll be instrumental in identifying potential clients, driving outbound initiatives, and generating opportunities for our Account Executives. Your Responsibilities:
Engage in outbound prospecting to identify and connect with potential customers.
Qualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and social outreach.
Work collaboratively with Account Executives to enhance pipeline growth and ensure territory coverage.
Accurately maintain data and activity logs in CRM systems.
Participate in regular coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Your Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment.
Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing activity and pipeline targets.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Outreach, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
