Position Overview

We seek a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives to spearhead our outbound sales efforts targeting Title Companies. This pivotal role will entail generating a robust pipeline for this new segment, including the hiring, training, and leadership of a team of BDRs while actively participating in the sales process to demonstrate effective strategies.

You will not only manage but also develop a comprehensive playbook, refine messaging, and establish a sustainable engine that consistently drives demonstrations and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and nurture a team of 10–15+ BDRs dedicated to the Title Company market

  • Lead by example as both a player and coach, actively engaging in sales activities while scaling the team

  • Develop and refine outbound strategies (including calls, emails, SMS, and sequencing) tailored for this emerging market

  • Consistently generate demos with decision-makers at Title Companies

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and targeting strategies

  • Engage in prospecting and closing initial opportunities to validate the approach

  • Ensure team accountability regarding activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics

  • Maintain CRM integrity and reporting (utilizing HubSpot)

  • Continuously optimize sales scripts, conversation frameworks, and follow-up processes
