Position Overview
We seek a dynamic Manager of Business Development Representatives to spearhead our outbound sales efforts targeting Title Companies. This pivotal role will entail generating a robust pipeline for this new segment, including the hiring, training, and leadership of a team of BDRs while actively participating in the sales process to demonstrate effective strategies.
You will not only manage but also develop a comprehensive playbook, refine messaging, and establish a sustainable engine that consistently drives demonstrations and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and nurture a team of 10–15+ BDRs dedicated to the Title Company market
Lead by example as both a player and coach, actively engaging in sales activities while scaling the team
Develop and refine outbound strategies (including calls, emails, SMS, and sequencing) tailored for this emerging market
Consistently generate demos with decision-makers at Title Companies
Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and targeting strategies
Engage in prospecting and closing initial opportunities to validate the approach
Ensure team accountability regarding activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics
Maintain CRM integrity and reporting (utilizing HubSpot)
Continuously optimize sales scripts, conversation frameworks, and follow-up processes
