About the Role
Resend is growing quickly, and our approach to partnerships is evolving along with us. The next step: deepen relationships with current partners and build new ones. This includes forming integration partnerships with developer platforms, launching co-selling initiatives with cloud providers, and creating referral, reseller, and OEM programs. The goal is to see Resend integrated into other products and ecosystems.
This is a new function at Resend. There is no existing leader or playbook. The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will build this area from the ground up, identifying potential partners, structuring deals, leading agreement negotiations, and guiding integrations to success.

What You Will Do
- Source and secure new integration partnerships
- Design and launch referral, reseller, and OEM programs
- Negotiate agreements that serve Resend’s interests and keep us flexible
- Travel occasionally to meet partners face-to-face and build strong connections
- Develop co-selling strategies and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
- Work closely with the product team to solve integration challenges and advocate for partner needs
What We’re Looking For
- Track record of closing channel, reseller, or OEM deals in a B2B SaaS setting
- Experience building partnership programs from scratch, not just managing existing ones
- Comfort working with both large enterprise vendors and fast-moving AI startups
Bonus Points
- Strong network among cloud service providers and developer platforms
- Ability to step into product management to support technical integrations
- Background in building partnerships at developer tools or API-first companies
