Key ResponsibilitiesLead the corporate sales initiatives by developing and expanding our corporate gifting business across targeted segments. Identify and engage with corporate clients for bulk and recurring orders. Manage the complete sales cycle, including outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitality groups, corporates, and lifestyle brands. Ensure partnerships yield measurable results, including revenue growth and enhanced brand visibility. Plan and execute tailored events, workshops, pop-ups, and showcases that align with brand positioning. Design engaging customer experiences that foster brand discovery and long-term loyalty. Utilize structured processes and CRM tools to capture and manage leads generated from events and partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into loyal customers and maintain repeat business. Monitor and analyze revenue performance and ROI for events, partnerships, and sales initiatives. Oversee pricing strategies and margin management for both bulk and customized offerings. Continuously seek new opportunities to enhance offline demand channels and optimize performance.
