Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch service and technical assistance to customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to effectively support learners and resolve their issues. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical support requests from users promptly. Clearly communicate key product features, updates, and solutions via email and phone. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to identify solutions for customer challenges. Document all customer interactions in internal CRM systems, maintaining accurate records and tracking recurring issues affecting users. Maintain professionalism while efficiently managing multiple customer requests. Complete assigned projects and support initiatives within established timelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required. 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a corporate environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently. Positive and energetic individual who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. A quick learner demonstrating initiative and creativity.

As a vital member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Rosetta Stone language learners, addressing inquiries related to subscriptions, billing, technical issues, and offering guidance to maximize their learning experience.

This full-time position is based in our Raleigh, NC office, with a Monday to Friday schedule and the flexibility to work from home one day a week.
