Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential and growth opportunities within the Polish market.
- Generate new leads through cold calling and networking efforts.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare commercial proposals and manage contracts to meet sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions and meetings to represent Teltonika and our security solutions.
- Accurately maintain a CRM database.
- Work closely with technical support and product specialists to meet customer needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Executive role or similar B2B sales position.
- Fluency in Polish and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken); proficiency in Czech is a plus.
- Exceptional listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, results-driven, and motivated by challenges.
- Strong presentation skills and business communication acumen.
- A valid Polish driving license is required.
