Proven success record (at least 2 full calendar years, achieving 105% of sales goals as per scorecard or sales dashboard). Exceptional ability in prospecting and territory development. Proficient in CRM systems, with strong data entry and organizational skills for sales data management. Sales training certification preferred (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie). Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales. Dynamic and outgoing personality. Proactive attitude and a love for challenges. Organized approach to a defined sales process, adept at moving clients from prospect to closure. Excellent communication skills, capable of leading presentations and one-on-one meetings. Proven ability to coordinate team efforts and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing teams. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
