Role Overview: Associate Sales Support Specialist (US Shift)

This role is based in Bengaluru, India and supports the U. S. sales team. The Associate Sales Support Specialist handles administrative tasks, manages CRM data, processes orders, and coordinates with internal teams. Direct customer engagement is a key part of the job, including answering questions and resolving minor issues by email, chat, or phone.

Work Schedule

  • Hours: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (aligned with US Central business hours)
  • Hybrid: 3 nights in-office, 2 nights remote each week

Main Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Update and maintain CRM systems (such as Salesforce and Odoo) with accurate sales data
  • Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and operations teams to support the sales process
  • Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and help with reporting
  • Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Customer Engagement

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide basic product information, order updates, and support for customer requests
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members and maintain clear communication
  • Build rapport with customers and represent Fictiv effectively
