About the Team and Position
The Associate People Systems Analyst is a vital member of Carvana’s People Operations Team, serving as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including system access and technical challenges. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance with the company's structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer functional support to team members, leaders, and People Operations partners for Carvana’s people systems, including Workday (HCM), Greenhouse (Applicant/Candidate tracking), Tenstreet (Applicant/Candidate tracking), and Workday Peakon (Engagement).
- Administer and maintain Workday and other people systems daily.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, conducting regular audits to uphold data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Oversee people systems administration, including troubleshooting, account creation, and issue resolution.
- Address and resolve requests submitted via the People Systems ticketing system (questions/inquiries, navigation and usage education, and error troubleshooting and resolution).
- Educate team members and leaders while promoting self-service proficiency within people systems.
