Role overview

This position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution. The Associate Director will transform operational data into a streamlined, reporting-centric environment, develop scalable processes, and document systems to support long-term growth. The role requires independent problem-solving and close collaboration with teams across the organization.

What you will do

  • Lead the shift to a reporting-focused data model in Salesforce and NetSuite, maintaining consistent and reliable revenue data.
  • Analyze current systems, workflows, and data to identify gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance data quality, support ongoing reporting efforts, and ensure processes are followed throughout the company.
