About this position:

The Associate Director of Client Strategy is crucial in developing results-oriented strategies and establishing industry best practices for our clients and potential clients utilizing Later. This role is essential in driving revenue growth from these accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, sales, account management, services, marketing, and product development to maximize the effectiveness of client strategies. Success in this role will primarily be measured by the direct and indirect revenue growth attributed to accounts receiving strategic support.

What you will be doing:

  • Influencer Strategy Development: Create outcome-centric strategies for existing and potential accounts aiming to enhance their ROI through Later's influencer and social media marketing solutions.
  • New Business Proposal Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to craft persuasive new business proposals, incorporating in-depth research, insights, creative campaign ideas, curated creator examples, and expected outcomes.
  • Strategic Business Review Preparation: Work alongside Account Management and services to develop Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) for accounts investing $50,000 or more annually in Later.
  • Best Practices Development: Establish and continuously update best practices for influencer and social media marketing across various dimensions, including industry verticals, social platforms, and marketing objectives.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Develop and maintain performance benchmarks across the industry.
