Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on client onboarding, coaching, and retention strategies. Your responsibility will be to enhance client outcomes, maximize lifetime value, and develop our CSMs into exceptional coaches.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you will manage, mentor, and hold your team accountable, while also stepping in personally during high-stakes client interactions.
This is a full-time remote position, with availability required from 8 AM to 5 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Expect to work an average of 8 hours a day, with some days requiring additional hours.
Candidates must reside in North America, Europe, or South Africa and communicate fluently in accent-neutral English, as clear communication is vital in our coaching business.
