Qualifications

Prior experience in IT support. Certifications in Azure and/or M365 (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals or Associate level). Proficient in SQL, capable of connecting to databases and executing/creating SQL queries. Hands-on experience with APIs. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Workspace licensing models is advantageous. Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Azure) is required. Familiarity with troubleshooting SaaS applications is a plus. Experience with licensing and invoicing is beneficial. Experience with MS Partner Center or similar administrative portals is a plus. Able to identify, update, and create Help Center articles for team members and external users. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a fully remote position, designed for long-term collaboration, with work hours aligned to the EMEA time zone.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering technical support and troubleshooting for our applications.
  • Performing operational support tasks within the Application Support team, focusing on Microsoft Cloud technologies.
  • Analyzing customer issues by gathering pertinent information and conducting thorough investigations, involving other teams as required.
  • Collaborating with global peers, management, and engineering teams to resolve service-related issues.
  • Acting as an advocate for customers and resellers within the organization.
  • Empowering clients to access information, self-solve issues, and enhance their understanding of Microsoft products and services.
  • Advising clients on maximizing value from their Microsoft products.
  • Documenting technical processes and findings to assist colleagues in improving product quality and support experiences.
  • Maintaining a proactive approach to customer satisfaction by identifying concerns and managing expectations effectively.
  • Taking ownership of tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutions.
