About the Role:
Glean is on the lookout for a dynamic leader to head our AI Outcomes Manager (AIOM) team. The AIOMs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ end-users effectively adopt and extract significant, measurable value from Glean’s AI solutions. Responsibilities include end-user training enablement (company and function sessions, search, chat, and agent content), prompt and agent advisory/building, and value realization. Ultimately, the AIOMs will drive both the breadth and depth of end-user engagement across our product suite.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the employee lifecycle for a team of AI Outcomes Managers to promote effective customer enablement, advisory/building on our platform, and realization of business value through Glean’s products.
