Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and conduct preventive maintenance on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment. Execute Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) protocols as an authorized personnel within established safety conditions. Lead daily safety and task planning discussions, including pre-task planning, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs). Maintain professional interactions with vendors and customers. Collaborate as a team member to support onsite operations, emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency. Core Experience Required2-4+ years of electrical proficiency related to electrical systems and components is required.2-4+ years of experience in renewable energy is preferred. Demonstrated commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement safe solutions. Post-secondary education credentials are preferred. Electrical certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and NFPA70E are advantageous. Note: Specific duties may evolve over time based on business and client needs.
