This role presents an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the account management team at Bright Partnerships, overseeing one of our largest global sponsorship accounts. You will have the chance to work closely on high-value motorsports partnerships across various racing series.

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to devise, implement, and assess sponsorship activations across multiple marketing channels and markets, ensuring the optimization of all available rights.

Your role will involve managing and nurturing essential relationships with suppliers, partners, market contacts, and clients, providing them with exceptional value and service.

This position is based in London, UK, and offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for international travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple motorsport sponsorship assets, facilitating communication between global and local stakeholders and rights holders.
  • Contribute to strategic campaign planning, ideation, execution, and delivery.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client accounts, leading by example and mentoring junior team members.
  • Work autonomously on projects while coordinating with team members and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and evolve marketing plans for clients and markets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders, clearly outlining plans and strategies.
  • Oversee client budgets alongside project leads and finance managers, ensuring timely submission of forecasts.
  • Organize and document regular stakeholder meetings and status reports, ensuring all communications and approvals are timely and adhere to brand guidelines.
