Key Responsibilities:Drive client retention and growth within your portfolio, consistently meeting and surpassing expansion and renewal targets. Lead commercial discussions, including negotiations and upsell opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to formulate account strategies, identify stakeholders, and discover growth opportunities. Understand client objectives and challenges, transforming them into opportunities for delivering seamless client experiences. Establish strong, collaborative relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Utilize CRM and Customer Success tools to maintain precise account records, forecast new opportunities and renewals while leveraging insights to mitigate risks and uncover expansion potential. Coordinate with Revenue Operations and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and efficient contract execution. Requirements:Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding client accounts in a commercial environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role within the energy commodities and/or maritime sector (expertise in SaaS/DaaS/Commodity Data Analytics Sales is advantageous) in a solution sales environment. Exceptional relationship-building skills with a strong focus on account management.

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding commercial team in Dubai. This pivotal role within our Account Management team involves close collaboration with our global partners to refine client engagement and foster growth in client relationships.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding a portfolio of clients, managing both Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), while serving as the key commercial point of contact. You will work in tandem with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Architects to ensure exceptional client experiences and stimulate long-term account growth. This hands-on position requires direct client interaction to build trusted relationships, identify opportunities, and maximize value.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who excels in challenging situations, demonstrating resourcefulness and a positive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
