About the Role

Antithesis is on the lookout for dynamic Account Managers to take charge of customer relationships post-sale. As a key member of our expanding global team, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Growth and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams. Your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the post-sales account management process at Antithesis.

From day one, you will be responsible for overseeing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities. You will engage with highly technical clients, including Engineers, Engineering Leaders, CTOs, and CEOs.

This is a quota-driven position where you will directly influence revenue outcomes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients from initial handoff through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth.
  • Achieve a quota tied to client renewals and expansions.
  • Ensure timely renewals through accurate forecasting.
  • Identify, scope, and close opportunities for account expansion.
  • Establish trusted relationships with clients.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they realize the value of our offerings.
  • Lead commercial discussions following the sale.
  • Manage renewal terms, pricing strategies, and expansion proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Customer Experience teams.
  • Provide actionable product feedback based on customer usage.
  • Monitor account health, risks, and growth indicators.
  • Contribute to the development of renewal and expansion playbooks.
  • Operate with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

  • High gross and net retention rates.
  • Consistent and predictable renewal forecasting.
  • Expansions driven by delivering real customer value.
  • Long-lasting client relationships.
  • Clear accountability and follow-through on tasks.
