The Account Management Team for the Asia Pacific region is tasked with driving business growth from existing Thunes clients. As an intern, you will thrive in a dynamic environment that emphasizes commitment, excellence, and teamwork. This role will provide you with the chance to gain insights into the global payments market while collaborating with a diverse team to identify and implement upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ultimately aiming to achieve revenue targets in the fast-evolving international payments landscape.
- Assist Account Managers during the proposal qualification stage by preparing pricing and coordinating with various internal stakeholders to activate identified upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Support Account Managers in addressing customer concerns by collaborating with the Member Experience, Solutions Delivery, and other support teams.
- Follow up on the upsell/cross-sell process, ensuring compliance and legal requirements are met.
