Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within accounts; gain deep insights into client needs, align Linear’s solutions with business objectives, and effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers. Act as the customer advocate; relay product or adoption challenges to our product team. Contribute to the establishment and refinement of our enterprise sales process. What we're looking for5+ years of experience in a sales role with quota responsibility. Proven track record in selling technical products to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt strategies based on data insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting relationships. A self-starter attitude with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Please note: While Linear operates as a remote-first company across the US and Europe, this position is based in London. We seek an individual who can work from our London office 2–3 days per week to facilitate close in-person collaboration with our expanding sales team in the region.
