Position: Youth Sports and Recreation Specialist
We are looking for enthusiastic Coaches to mentor and motivate children aged 4 to 17 in various multi-sport camps, clinics, and leagues. As a Youth Sports and Recreation Specialist, you will create engaging, developmental, and unforgettable sports experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sport-specific teaching guides, managing logistics, and demonstrating high-energy leadership. If you are organized, operations-oriented, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and plan projects by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with assigned schools.
- Arrive 30 minutes before sessions to prepare and ensure timely start and cleanup.
- Maintain professionalism by wearing the MVP360 shirt at all times while on duty.
- Create detailed activity plans that include timelines and resource management.
- Coordinate and manage teams effectively on-site.
- Monitor expenses and allocate resources efficiently to prevent shortages.
- Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate with stakeholders as the primary liaison, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Recruit and train enthusiastic staff for camps, clinics, and leagues.
- Fill in for coaches as necessary to maintain program quality.
- Drive marketing and branding initiatives to enhance MVP360’s visibility.
- Participate in meetings relevant to company and contract support.
- Collaborate with senior management on additional projects as required.
