Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a workplace strategy that aligns with our company values and objectives. Establish and pursue long-term goals for workplace experience in line with organizational priorities. Collaborate with Event Managers to create in-office experiences that foster community and collaboration, while also ensuring a welcoming environment for remote employees and visitors. Encourage a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and productivity throughout all office settings. Prepare, manage, and oversee budgets for workplace initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Monitor budget allocations and identify opportunities for cost savings across facilities and services. Review and approve invoices to maintain compliance and transparency in workplace spending. Cultivate strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of workplace initiatives. Collaborate on quality, service, and maintenance standards across all office facilities. Standardize workplace programs, policies, and practices in partnership with local office leads.
