THE TEAM AND ROLE
Join our dynamic team as a Working Student in Talent Acquisition (All Genders), where you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective recruiting workflows and attracting exceptional talent to Avelios.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate and Shape Roles – Partner with recruiters and People Partners to align on hiring priorities, articulate clear role requirements, and craft compelling job postings and internal role descriptions that resonate with both business objectives and our company culture.
Engage with Talent – Assist in candidate sourcing efforts primarily through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms, helping to cultivate a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
Enhance Recruiting Processes – Contribute to the deployment and continuous refinement of our new recruiting tool.
Share Your Ideas – Bring your innovative ideas and initiatives to the table to enhance processes, elevate candidate experience, and increase team effectiveness.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a top-tier university program, ideally in (business) psychology, economics, or a related discipline.
Prior relevant work experience is a must, with a strong preference for backgrounds in startups, HR departments, or management consulting.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Ashby is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills and a strong fit within a team environment.
Fluency in both German and English is required.
