BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Advanced degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: wireless signal processing, wireless communications, modem system design, wireless systems engineering, digital signal processing (DSP), or physical layer processing (L1). At least 1 year of programming experience in C/C++ or MATLAB.

WIRELESS FIRMWARE ENGINEER (DIRECT TO CELL)

The Starlink Mobile initiative aims to revolutionize global cellular connectivity from space. In this pivotal role as a Wireless Firmware Engineer, you will spearhead the development of innovative wireless signal processing algorithms, optimize software for deployment on satellites and ground stations, troubleshoot complex systems, and create production-ready software. This position requires close collaboration with wireless systems engineers and protocol firmware engineers to expedite wireless PHY development and tackle interdisciplinary challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both wireless signal processing algorithms and high-performance software development.
