Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and delivery of water/wastewater systems. Possession of a PE license or EIT actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency in AutoDesk tools and hydraulic/process modeling software. Familiarity with BIM software such as Revit is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and locations. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to fulfill diverse project roles. A proactive approach to receiving and implementing instructions independently.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, management, and execution of projects related to treatment, distribution, and collection systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers, operators, and municipal clients to craft innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Oversee project scopes, budgets, and timelines while providing mentorship to junior staff.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, technical memoranda, and construction documentation.
  • Handle construction administration tasks including contractor coordination, client meetings, submittal reviews, and project closeout documentation.
  • Communicate technical concepts to clients and community stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and proposal projects as you evolve into a trusted advisor.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 per year. The specific salary offered will depend on various factors including relevant experience, educational background, and job location.
