As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate at our Distribution Center in Columbia, MO, we are looking for an energetic and driven individual ready to grow with us and contribute to the future of construction.

The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, assembling kits, unloading delivery trucks, and performing various tasks throughout the day. Adherence to company policies, warehouse SOPs, and safety protocols is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support activities related to the picking, packing, and shipping of internal and external orders with 100% accuracy.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed, ensuring all products are counted for accuracy.
  • Follow safety guidelines while working in the warehouse and operating equipment; this includes wearing required safety gear.
  • Adhere to all SOP and work instruction guidelines while actively participating in process improvement discussions.
  • Attend daily pre-shift meetings to stay informed about expectations, goals, and safety topics.
  • Understand shift responsibilities, including area preparation and cleanup, proper machinery shutdown, and charging of equipment.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at developing a best-in-class supply chain operation.
