We are currently seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate in Columbia, MO. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to grow with us, bring enthusiasm to their work, and assist in redefining the future of construction.

The Fulfillment Associate will play a crucial role in our operations by accurately picking and packing customer orders, assembling kits, unloading delivery trucks, and performing other assigned tasks throughout the day. Compliance with company policies, warehouse SOPs, and safety protocols is essential at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute duties related to the precise picking, packing, and shipping of both internal and external orders with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks as required, ensuring the accuracy of received and shipped products through counting.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols while performing warehouse duties, including the use of safety vests, protective eyewear, and appropriate footwear.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and work instructions as trained, contributing to best practices within the Supply Chain.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings to stay informed on internal communications, expectations, goals, and safety topics.
  • Understand pre-shift and post-shift responsibilities, including area preparation, cleanup, proper machine shutdown, and tool maintenance.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing supply chain operations, as assigned.
