sdms is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Bedford, Indiana location. This role helps keep warehouse operations running smoothly by supporting shipping, inventory, and internal teams. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and accurate environment while working closely with customer service and purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive shipments and verify quantities against shipping documents
  • Accurately enter shipment details into company systems
  • Report shipment discrepancies or issues to the Customer Service Manager
  • Pick orders from inventory and prepare materials for shipment
  • Use third-party logistics software to generate shipping labels and required documentation
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts to move materials safely
  • Store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Perform inventory counts and record any differences
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve inventory discrepancies

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management, shipping, and material handling
  • Experience in customer service and purchasing is a plus
  • Strong attention to safety and accuracy in daily work
