Role overview
The Visual Storytelling & Innovation Lead will transform how the Office of the CRO communicates and operates. This position blends storytelling, design, and technology, managing executive narratives and leading early experiments with new OpenAI products. The role supports both strategic and operational projects, turning ideas into engaging stories and testing how new tools can enhance productivity and collaboration.
Collaboration is central: the Lead works closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Communications, and partners directly with the CRO and Chief of Staff to translate high-level goals into compelling narratives and executive-ready materials. Work in this role shapes how OpenAI engages top customers, aligns teams across the revenue organization, and helps accelerate deal cycles through effective storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Create narratives and presentation designs for strategic events, executive briefings, and important customer meetings led by the CRO.
- Translate complex product strategies and customer insights into clear, persuasive visual and written stories.
- Showcase OpenAI’s capabilities with product demonstrations and interactive experiences that bring stories to life.
