Key Responsibilities
- Proofreading game texts and content for accuracy in spelling, syntax, and typography.
- Ensuring consistency in texts and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Creating error reports.
- Executing minor translations as needed.
- Verifying that subtitles align correctly with audio tracks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages (both spoken and written) is essential:
- Croatian
- Czech
- Danish
- Dutch
- European Spanish
- European French
- Finnish
- German
- Greek
- Hebrew
- Hungarian
- Indonesian
- Italian
- Japanese
- Korean
- Latin American Spanish
- Malay
- Norwegian

- Vietnamese
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is required, as effective communication with clients and team members outside of Quebec and Canada is crucial.
Other requirements include:
- Residing in the Ottawa area.
- Availability to work both remotely and on-site based on project needs.
- Possession of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, an open work permit, a Working Holiday Visa, or in the process of applying for a work permit.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfort with digital technologies, including computers and gaming consoles.
- Genuine interest in the video game industry.
- Prior experience in a similar role or related field is an advantage.

- Hourly wage of $19.75 (with an additional $2.50 per hour after 7:00 PM).
