Key Responsibilities* Formulate and implement a robust sales strategy that ensures consistent and scalable revenue growth across all key markets.* Act as a player-coach, providing hands-on support to Sales Engineers on intricate deals while directly leading the charge on our largest and most complex enterprise transactions to secure successful closures.* Foster interdepartmental collaboration across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to guarantee cohesive go-to-market execution. Set shared KPIs, engage in joint planning, and maintain ongoing feedback loops to enhance win rates, expansion efforts, and product-market alignment.* Build and expand the sales organization from its foundational stages, including Sales Engineers, Sales Development Representatives, and sales operations, while nurturing a culture rooted in accountability, urgency, and performance excellence.* Establish and enforce process discipline throughout the sales cycle, covering ideal customer profile clarity, outbound scripting, pipeline generation expectations, territory management, CRM cleanliness, and rigorous stage qualification.* Define and manage KPIs, forecasting models, and pipeline discipline to ensure sustained performance and accurate revenue projections.* Ensure forecasting accuracy through comprehensive pipeline evaluations, predictable progression criteria, and standardized qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar). Collaborate with Finance for dependable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.* Represent the organization as the public-facing sales leader by engaging in webinars, conferences, trade shows, and customer-oriented events, embodying the unified CXT brand.* Propel expansion into key sectors (courier, shippers, healthcare) through focused initiatives and strategic market development efforts.
