Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Experience in higher education, finance, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making. Commitment to the mission and values of Scholars of Finance.

Job Summary:
The Vice President of Programs will spearhead the strategic vision and execution of Scholars of Finance’s core student experience, ensuring that our chapters and programs maintain high standards of quality and impact across the nation. You will play a pivotal role on the Executive Team, guiding a dedicated group that empowers campus leaders, implements flagship programming, and enhances SOF’s curriculum and metrics over time. This is a unique opportunity to influence the community, content, and systems that will shape the future leaders of our economic landscape. The starting salary for this position is $140,000 annually.
