Position Overview:

The Vice President of Payroll will oversee a complex, multi-country payroll organization responsible for supporting over 13,000 employees across three publicly traded entities. This pivotal role demands substantial expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll, public company governance, and large-scale payroll transformation within a multi-entity framework. The VP of Payroll will be the enterprise leader accountable for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, internal controls, and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive payroll transformation roadmap in alignment with the enterprise strategy.
  • Champion operational excellence across multi-state, multi-country, and multi-entity environments.
  • Lead payroll operations for over 20 payrolls with various pay cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly).
  • Ensure accurate payroll delivery for a workforce of 13,000 employees across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.
  • Oversee compliance with union payroll requirements, including multi-rate structures, overtime, shift differentials, retroactive adjustments, and union dues.
  • Manage the relationship with ADP for tax processing, garnishments, WOTC, and payroll disbursements.
