Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Vice President of Operations to spearhead our parking operations in a dedicated region. This pivotal executive role will focus on achieving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and delivering outstanding customer service across numerous locations. You will be a strategic leader responsible for managing a team of regional and operations managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale and enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement regional strategies aimed at driving growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Discover new business opportunities and spearhead expansion initiatives within the region.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to synchronize regional strategies with the overarching corporate vision.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to foster continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Pioneer technology integration across locations to streamline operations and elevate customer experiences.
  • Manage regional budgets, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and margin optimization, while performing financial analyses to uncover opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure regional financial objectives are met or surpassed.
  • Lead and mentor regional and operations managers, promoting accountability, excellence, and a culture of innovation to drive performance and growth.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring quick issue resolution, ongoing service enhancements, and strict adherence to service standards and satisfaction metrics across all locations.
  • Guarantee full compliance with ADA, safety regulations, and all pertinent local, state, and federal laws.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and local officials, representing Metropolis at industry gatherings and community initiatives.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by providing insights into local market dynamics.
