Qualifications8+ years of experience in project management, M&A integration support, management consulting, corporate change management, or business operations; experience in financial services or fintech is preferred. Strong understanding of project management processes and cross-functional coordination. Proven ability to establish and nurture long-term cross-functional relationships across various business segments. Familiarity with M&A integration or complex operational transformation initiatives is strongly preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders with clarity and professionalism. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and convey a concise narrative. Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously and providing structure in ambiguous situations.

Join iCapital Network as a Vice President of Integration Project Management, focusing on M&A integration as we expand our global capabilities and product offerings. This pivotal role collaborates closely with Integration leadership and cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies, oversee execution, and ensure a seamless integration of acquired organizations, technologies, and operations into iCapital's platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Integration leadership in managing comprehensive integration tasks across multiple workstreams including Technology, Product, Data, Operations, Legal, Finance, HR, and Client Experience.
  • Coordinate integration planning sessions, maintain project timelines, and ensure timely follow-up on critical actions.
  • Prepare essential integration documentation such as project plans, dependency maps, and communication materials.
  • Facilitate ongoing workstream check-ins and assist with preparations for executive steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor integration progress, proactively identifying misalignments, risks, or bottlenecks.
  • Analyze operational readiness, technology dependencies, and process gaps that may affect integration success.
  • Contribute to the standardization of iCapital's integration playbook, templates, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the integration experience for newly acquired teams.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of integration KPIs and dashboards to measure progress, synergies, and operational health.
