Role Overview
The Vice President of Engineering at Condor is a vital leadership position responsible for establishing the engineering operating system behind a platform that our customers will increasingly view as essential. This role transcends mere maintenance; it is about innovating and enhancing how we deliver products with agility and precision.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and other cross-functional leaders to convert company priorities into actionable plans. You will take on hands-on responsibilities typical of early-stage leadership, from resolving production issues to making architectural decisions, while also building a scalable team and processes.
