ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Venue Manager plays a crucial role within Fever by providing exceptional venue services to our partners. This role is responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of venues in the region, which includes scouting, negotiating, contracting, ensuring smooth operations, and monitoring financial performance.
Scouting & Contracting:
- Create detailed briefs for property agents, landlords, and developers.
- Develop and maintain a network of agents, landlords, and developers.
- Identify and evaluate venue opportunities, conduct inspections, and perform due diligence with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate favorable terms with landlords.
- Collaborate with Fever's legal team and business stakeholders to finalize contractual agreements.
- Input relevant information into the Salesforce scouting database.
Finance & Metrics Management:
- Prepare and report monthly venue profit and loss statements.
- Monitor operational expenses, capital expenditures, and revenue streams (including rentals and grants).
- Implement and oversee cost-saving initiatives.
- Process venue invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Accurately allocate pass-through costs (e.g., utilities) to respective projects and partners.
- Track usage of consumables (e.g., restroom supplies, light bulbs) and forecast associated costs.
