The Position
Nebius is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategically minded professional to join our global startup team as the Venture Ecosystem Lead for the Nordics and DACH regions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our global startup pipeline by cultivating robust relationships with top venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities in Germany and Sweden.
Your primary focus will be to enhance the adoption of our well-established startup program by identifying high-potential AI startups, co-developing value-added initiatives with partners in Germany and Sweden, and executing impactful ecosystem activations. You will embody both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, adept at navigating complex partnerships, expanding the deal pipeline, and providing exceptional experiences that solidify Nebius as the preferred cloud partner for AI-native startups in these regions.
We invite you to work remotely from either Berlin, Germany, or Stockholm, Sweden.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with leading venture capital firms, private equity entities, accelerators, and key startup ecosystem partners in Germany and Sweden.
- Serve as a trusted representative of Nebius, enhancing visibility and influence within the VC and startup ecosystem in the Nordics and DACH regions.
Startup Pipeline Expansion and Growth
- Identify, qualify, and integrate high-potential AI startups into Nebius’ established startup program.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective tracking and engagement throughout the process.
