About the job
At SuperSeed, we cultivate talent from within. This position is exclusively available for former founders, first hires, or operators keen to dive into venture capital at its grassroots and contribute to establishing a leading European VC firm.
SuperSeed is a prominent early-stage B2B SaaS venture capital firm located in London. We specialize in investing in exceptional industrial startups at their inception and supporting them in their journey to market readiness.
Our investment focus spans various sectors including genomic sequencing, pharmacological design, continuous manufacturing, construction, and infrastructure. We back software innovations that revolutionize production processes, logistics, and supply chain management. Furthermore, we invest in fintech solutions, developer tools, cybersecurity, and enterprise automation technologies that reshape the modern workplace.
Founded in 2018 by Mads Jensen and Dan Bowyer, our team comprises entrepreneurs dedicated to empowering fellow entrepreneurs. With fewer than 10% of VCs in the UK being former founders, we believe this needs to change, particularly at the earliest stages of venture capital. Our successful track record includes eight exits as both entrepreneurs and investors, and we have generated millions in contract value globally. Our approach is to provide value that extends beyond financial investment, collaborating closely with founding teams to determine the necessary active support at any stage of their journey—from reaching their first million to Series A funding and beyond.
Having invested in 27 companies so far, we are eager to identify the next generation of outstanding technical founders, innovative products, and exceptional teams. Our investment team is expanding to continue this vital mission.
