Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead our commercial initiatives in the UAE market. This role is essential for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, managing key accounts, and forging strategic partnerships. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong market insights and a proven track record of sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue and growth objectives within the UAE market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic channels to enhance market penetration.
  • Manage a robust pipeline of leads, prospects, and key accounts to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to uncover potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Lead client meetings, deliver impactful sales presentations, negotiate deals, and facilitate contract closures.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to promote retention, satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and robust post-sales support.
  • Prepare precise weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for revenue targets, conversion rates, account activation, and market share growth.
  • Represent webook at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
