Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at Las Vegas Petroleum in Columbia, SC. As a Truck Service Advisor (TSA), you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer service through your comprehensive understanding of our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include creating work orders, engaging in suggestive selling, and processing over-the-counter transactions, all while ensuring our customers are back on the road in better condition than before!

- Completing end-of-shift reports and understanding various payment methods.
- Ensuring the safety of both customers and team members.
Physical Demands
This role requires regular communication and listening abilities. Occasional physical activities include standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive leg movements. The team member may be required to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy objects. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment
In this position, you may be exposed to outdoor elements throughout the year. Occasionally, you may encounter fumes, particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment can be loud, and you might be exposed to dirt, dust, grease, oil, gas, and concentrated cleaning solutions.
Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior cashier and customer service experience; experience in a repair or parts shop is a plus.
- Strong suggestive selling skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
- A valid driver’s license.
