Your Role and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Platform Management

  • Develop and steer the strategic roadmap for the Treasury platform, focusing on architectural advancements and prioritizing innovation.
  • Take ownership of the technological vision, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and the specific needs of the Treasury function.
  • Oversee a specialized IT service team that supports Treasury stakeholders in trading, risk management, finance, and operational activities.

Operational Delivery & Functionality

  • Exhibit extensive functional oversight of platforms including FIS Front Arena, Refinitiv ET, Murex, Finastra Sophis, or equivalent systems.
  • Guarantee that platform functionalities support the workflows of front, middle, and back office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards throughout all platform enhancements and updates.

Change Management & Implementation

  • Identify, strategize, and implement programs for platform improvements.
  • Deliver platform projects within established timelines and scope, with quarterly review meetings to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any delivery risks.

Operational Excellence

  • Achieve a minimum of 99.9% uptime for the platform and ensure a mean time to repair (MTTR) of under 2 hours for critical incidents.
  • Resolve at least 95% of high-priority support tickets within the service level agreement (SLA).
  • Conduct weekly quality assessments and aim for a 20% reduction in defects year-over-year.

Customer Service & Support

  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rate of over 85% for platform services.
  • Automate 30% of recurring support tasks on an annual basis.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to facilitate faster resolutions and promote self-service options.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Lead architecture and delivery assessments for all platform initiatives.
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and finance teams to manage risks and budgets effectively.
