Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with demonstrated skills in using formulas, pivot tables, and other analytical tools. Experience with the 1C system is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Availability to work full-time and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in finance or accounting is beneficial but not required.

Join Miratech as a dedicated and detail-oriented Treasury Intern within our Finance Department, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Treasury team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to acquire practical experience in finance and accounting, while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable: Assist in the management of accounts payable using our Internal Payables System, ensuring the precise and timely processing of payment requests. Create purchase orders and oversee the timely processing, approval, and payment of invoices, while supporting the preparation of payments.
  • Banks: Aid in addressing requests from banking partners, including inquiries related to payments and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements.
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and reports, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information within financial systems.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of various financial reports for internal stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly summaries.
  • Audit Support: Provide assistance during internal and external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Process Improvement: Engage in projects aimed at enhancing financial processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Ad hoc Tasks: Support the finance team with various tasks and special projects as required.
