Your Role:

Our core team of 20 is looking for a full-time Travel Manager to join Aurora's Member Experience Team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with our founding travel team and our proprietary AI operating system, Astra, to enhance Aurora's global member experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional, personalized travel services.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-touch travel execution for our global, high-performance membership base.
- Manage functions across travel, lifestyle, product, and operations, steadily building valuable career capital in the travel industry.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with top-tier industry operators and insider contacts.
- Participate in at least two high-budget FAM trips to deepen your on-the-ground knowledge and expand Aurora's global network.
This position reports directly to Aurora's Co-Founder & COO and offers clear opportunities for rapid advancement into leadership roles across Travel, Member Experience, and Business Operations.
