Your Responsibilities
As a Trainee SDR, your key tasks will include:
- Generating, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality B2B leads across international markets.
- Engaging in outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Conducting qualification calls to pinpoint customer challenges and opportunities.
- Scheduling demonstrations and strategic calls for senior Account Executives.
- Learning to effectively position DataMax AI’s solutions in a business-centric, value-oriented manner.
- Assisting in proposal preparation, pitch decks, and account research.
- Cultivating pipeline discipline and ensuring CRM data integrity.
- Evolving into a confident AI software sales representative within months.
Qualifications Required
A university degree is not mandatory; however, you should possess one of the following:
B2B software sales experience (any level)
OR
Experience in 360-degree contract recruitment
(This is advantageous due to skills in pipeline management and outreach)
