We are currently seeking dynamic individuals for the role of Trainee Manager / Account Executive based in London. This position is part of a structured development program lasting 6-9 months, with the potential for relocation to either Hyderabad or Mumbai, India, depending on business needs and the candidate's performance.

Role Overview

Phase 1: Training & Production in London (Months 1-6/9)

  • Prospect and cultivate relationships with C-level executives across Asia-focused Summits.
  • Drive new business through proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis and convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Close lucrative Summit partnership deals.
  • Maintain rigorous KPI discipline and ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Engage in intensive sales coaching, tape reviews, and weekly performance development sessions.
  • Attend international Summits as required.

This phase is designed to evaluate your sales performance and early leadership capabilities.

Phase 2: Transition to India (Hyderabad or Mumbai)

Upon successful completion of the London phase and meeting performance targets, you will transition to our established operations in India.

  • In India, you will:
  • Drive new business initiatives for Asia-region Summits.
  • Foster repeat business and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Uphold consistent KPI standards and promote pipeline growth.
  • Contribute actively to the development of the regional sales operation.

Important: Based on your performance, leadership potential, and business requirements, there is an opportunity to progress into a more senior role in India, determined through clear performance metrics.
