Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants to identify and attract the right candidates. You'll build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates through extensive research and outreach, including phone and web-based communications. Key tasks include identifying target companies, researching market trends, attending client meetings, and screening CVs to gather valuable market intelligence.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a proactive 'can do' attitude and a commitment to success. Ideal applicants are ambitious, competitive, and possess a strong sense of humor while thriving in a team-oriented environment. While no prior experience is necessary, a passion for success and a desire to earn are essential. A strong customer service or sales background is advantageous but not mandatory.
Applicants should ideally hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2.1 or possess relevant sales experience. We value individuals who are driven, hardworking, and have demonstrated achievement, such as a history of part-time work during their studies.
